Stage I: Online Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Stage II: Document Verification, Physical Fitness Test (PFT), and Medical Examination
Stage III: Verification and Training at INS Chilka
Stage IV: Final Document Verification

1.6 km run – Must be completed within 7 minutes
